In my post on New Year Goals, I committed to improving my health and wellness. This week’s favorite five centers around what is helping me achieve an earlier bedtime, keep my health in check, and organize my life. Even though we’re only a week in, I’m liking the changes!
5. Nightly cup of tea
I’ve really enjoyed the routine of making a cup of chamomile tea after putting the girls to bed. This new set of mugs makes the tea feel a little more special and of course, the 2 frozen Girl Scout Thin Mints helps too! And if you need a Girl Scout cookie supply let me know, I just might know an 8-year-old with the goods!
4. Pajamas
Ryan gifted these J.Crew pajamas and they are an absolute dream. The cotton is extremely soft and is super comfortable. This set makes me feel put together and finally off the hot mess express!
3. Facial Roller
Why did I wait so long to jump on the facial roller bandwagon?! It is simply the most relaxing thing to ever happen to my face. Not sure I’ll achieve a smooth, youthful-looking complexion but I will definitely be more zen and relaxed before bed.
2. FitTrack Scale
I was influenced a few months ago and purchased the Dara Smart Scale. After using it for a few months now, I would totally recommend it! I like that it tracks 17 different metrics, which allows you to see overall changes and not just weight loss. I’m not gonna lie and say that the metabolic age is a major motivator to get my health in check. Yikes! For 20% off use this link.
1. Planner
I love a good plan but admittedly have a hard time creating and sticking to one. I hope to be better at this in 2021 and this very affordable planner has helped me start off on the right foot.
