Last year wall about about bats and floating witch hats. Are we still all about it this year? The answer is a YES from me. Any seasonal trend that is budget-friendly and easy to do is a win in my book.
This year our front porch has floating witch hats paired with pumpkins, assorted mums and a cinnamon broom I found at Trader Joe’s. Hanging the hats was so easy. I used fishing line, a clothes pin inside the hat for the anchor and a push pin into the ceiling. It took me 15 minutes! Bonus, on a breezy day it really does look like they are floating!
Our back porch is adorned with bats, some more pumpkin and mums. A new addition this year is a galvanized pumpkin. It adds the perfect festive touch and better yet, it’ll last from year to year!
Seasonal, especially Halloween decor should be affordable and easy in my opinion. And if you just want to add mums and pumpkins, check out this post with 5 Decorating Tips.
